Delete your Dealr account

How to request account deletion

1. Email support@dealrapp.in from the same Google account email you use to sign in to Dealr.
2. Use the subject line: Dealr Account Deletion Request
3. In the email body, include:
   • Your full name as shown in Dealr
   • The email address linked to your Google Sign-In
   • A clear request to delete your Dealr account and associated data
4. We will verify the request and delete your account within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is complete.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your profile details (name, email, profile photo, phone number if provided)
• Your active and past ads / listings and uploaded images
• Your chat messages and conversation history
• Favourites, reviews you submitted, and in-app preferences
• Device tokens used for push notifications
• Consent and account authentication records tied to your user ID

Data that may be retained

Some information may be kept for a limited time where required for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance:

• Abuse / safety reports and moderation logs — retained up to 90 days after deletion, then removed or anonymised
• Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you (for example, counts of views) may be kept
• Information we must keep under applicable law (for example, if required for an ongoing legal matter)

After the retention period ends, retained personal data is deleted or anonymised.

Additional notes

• Deleting your Dealr account does not delete your Google account.
• If you only want to stop AI-related processing, you can withdraw consent in the app under Profile → Privacy & Terms without deleting your account.
